The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that everything was perfect throughout the meal. The highlight was undoubtedly the venison ragu and veal dishes—both cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and balanced, making each bite a delight. The meal was paired with a fantastic wine from the Dolomites, which complemented the food beautifully. For anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience with excellent service and outstanding food, this place is a must-try!

Epic food combinations and friendly to swap out choices for vegetarians. Impressed course after course. The rooms are cozy but once full builds up a sufficient restaurant resonance for comfortable conversations. Will return and can recommend.

This review is about the restaurant. We have been going to Oberraut for dinner for about 25 years now. The restaurant has undergone a few renovation bouts and now sports two al fresco dining areas and a new dining room. The decor is understated and tasteful, the food outstanding and the service consistently excellent. I want to highlight the grace and professionalism of the staff; in these past few years, in fact, other favorite restaurants have failed to maintain their original standard. We had an assortment of appetizers, ranging from beautifully assembled salads to charcuterie and cheese, all locally sourced. The potato dumplings are fried with care and come exceptionally light and tasteful. The main courses were equally good, (they accommodated a request for a risotto with radicchio instead of mushrooms), all meat dishes were greatly appreciated. The desserts were up to standard, lovely custard, sherbets, and fried apple rings. We drank a very good Vernatsch, correctly priced. Overall, the food is traditional, but light and fresh. Again, the location is beautiful, the food, exceptional, and the staff perfect. Well done.

Absolutely amazing local experience. Presentation of the dishes, the service and the atmosphere are top notch. The dishes were beautifully balanced - we had seasonal deer and chestnut dishes. Down to earth but feels like a Michelin star meal. Highly recommended! Probably one of the best desserts we have ever tried.

This hotel beautifully reflects traditional Tyrolean style, with one of the most authentic wooden decors in its restaurant and common areas. The atmosphere feels warm and traditional, and the breakfast is exceptionally fresh and enjoyable. However, guests should be aware that there is an aggressive dog on the property. It has been observed to act threateningly when guests walk toward their rooms or cars, which can make some stays uncomfortable

Had an amazing experience at Albergo Oberraut Ristorante in Dolomites! The food was hearty, rustic, and absolutely delicious. What made it even better was the staff in their traditional dress, giving the whole place such an authentic, welcoming vibe. We loved it so much we came back two days in a row! Definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.
